We have added our new Texas Strength Systems Belt Squat and it has been a phenomenal addition to our leg routines. Find one of our staff members or trainers to show you exactly how to set it up and get to WORK!
We have added THREE brand new platforms! Our lifters now have immensely more room to work with and the feedback has been extremely positive. Come try each out and get that new PR!
Lastly, we have here our brand new Texas Strength Systems Competition Bench Press. This is one of the safest Chest Presses with it’s ‘face saving’ height adjustable safety bars. The bench also has adjustable pegs so we can now safely use resistance bands for additional resistance! You have got to try this one out!
Let’s give a big Texas welcome to one of our new members Amanda! She relocated all the way from New Hampshire to train here at …destination! Fun story; she stopped by the gym for her first leg workout before even unpacking her car! Amanda aspires to compete in the NPC women’s physique division and moved here to chase her dream around like minded champions. Let’s give a big ‘Welcome To Texas’ to Amanda!

How would you describe your training style:
My training style is built to get the most out of my client by being very attentive and efficient with the workouts we do. My goal is to make sure every client walks away more confident than they were before, therefore leading to better results and more goals accomplished.
what do you do to keep your knowledge up to date:
I keep myself up to date by constantly researching credited material and researching different training techniques that can be helpful to my clients. I believe theres always more than one way to accomplish a goal and everyone does not need the same thing. By staying up to date on things, i make sure i’m versatile in my training with my clients.
What can your clients expect from you as a trainer:
My clients can always expect to be pushed to their full potential. They can expect that I will always be attentive to them and their goals. My clients can expect me to be there every step of the way in reaching their fitness/health goals.
