“I’m dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals! We will sit down with you and come up with goals that are achievable and work with your schedule to form a customized plan. Physically and mentally, I will push you beyond what you thought yourself capable. I’ve always enjoyed high-intensity training with heavy weights. I also firmly believe in control, good form and full range of motion. I continue my knowledge through various courses, classes, and training programs. I also keep up with many professional athletes’ training methods and incorporate things I learn into my training programs. Networking and asking questions are both constants with me. I continually re-educate myself in kinesiology and the human anatomy as I crave learning as much about the human body as possible.
