Addison Hardin

About

Having trained as a dancer for sixteen years, I discovered my passion for fitness and movement.  What started as strength and conditioning classes at the studio when I was ten years old has turned into helping others reach their health and fitness goals.

My passions are teaching proper nutrition and physical fitness.  I believe in teaching proper movement patterns to avoid injury.  If you prioritize flexibility and mobility to increase range of motion you get more out of your workouts and feel more comfortable in your joints and in everyday activity.

I started training in March of 2023 after getting NASM certified as a personal trainer. Since then, I have added nutrition coaching and plan to obtain additional certifications to my training tool belt so that I can help change as many lives as I can reach.

I offer personalized workout programs that are catered towards specific goals, along with nutrition guidance to support your training to reach those goals.
